Civil Engineering Company seeks a Senior Estimator
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3 to 5 years of Field Experience.
5 years of Tender Experience.
Measurable knowledge and experience in Civil Services, infrastructure development, as well as large scale pipeline installations.
Good knowledge of Programming (MS Projects) as well as Tender software (CCS or similar).
Attention to detail and the ability to function independently under pressure are essential.
Effective management in terms of Planning, Administration, Costs, and Time.
Good negotiation skills.
Maintaining good client relationships.
