#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER to an established and highly successful Independent Dealership who requires the services of a Senior Finance and Insurance Business Manager

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Must be able to manage a team handling an average of 100 to 120 PreOwned units per month
Must be able to perform against Targets with a proven Track Record
Must have strong Banking connections and be able to communicate at a senior level
NQF 4 FAIS Qualification (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
RE Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
NCA Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
CPD Hours up to Date for the 2018 | 2019 | 2020 Cycles

Salary Structure

Negotiable Basic Salary
Performance Based Incentives
