SUMMARY:
Calling all Chartered Accountants from the insurance industry (relocate to Channel Islands).

POSITION INFO:

An international financial services company is looking for a well-versed Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a listed concern on the New York stock exchange. They are committed to offering a bespoke, significant, and engaging experience. This role is focused on technical accounting and client relationships. This role will be based in Guernsey, a channel island between France and England. The role will include duties such as:

Final review, quality control and training in respect of management accounts and financial statements
Support directors
- Implementing and achieving internal audit controls and legal compliance
- On-boarding new clients, designing structures, reviewing contractual agreements, developing procedures and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Maintaining and developing knowledge of related matters such as company law, accounting standards, insurance programmes, taxation etc

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

CA(SA), ACA or ACCA qualification
2 or more years’ post article experience in insurance
