A qualified CA SA with experience of setting up a new venutre, an all rounder as a Senior Financial Manager with strong project and people maangement skills.

POSITION INFO:
The Role:

A qualified CA SA with experience of setting up a new venutre, an all rounder as a Senior Financial Manager with strong project and people maangement skills. 

Essential Qualification:

• CA SA (Registered)

Experience required:

• Financial Management experience: 5 - 7  years +
• Must have experience managing people
• Commercial and business experience
• Senior management experience preferred
• Hands-on processing and reporting experience with regards to the following system: Sage, etc.

 

KPA''S:

• Monthly management reporting and ad-hoc reporting
• Forecasting and Budgets
• Share trust management
• Managing expenses and cash flow management
• Creditors and Debtors management
• Balance sheet Reconciliations
• Preparing and reviewing payroll and understanding variances.
• Reviews the financial inputs of all new contracts
• Full Financial Control (including statutory, tax management, AFS preparation and review, and financial governance)
• Preparation of Financial Packs and Tax pack
• Preparation and review Exco Packs
• Preparing and reviewing Audit packs
• Ensures compliance with: International Financial Reporting Standards, Companies Act, Tax Act and any other laws and regulations relevant for this industry.
• People management
