SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for a immediately available Senior financial manage who is a qualified Chartered Accountant - CA(SA)

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Must be a CA(SA)
Start date: ASAP Immediately available

This person needs to have 10-15 years in finance roles and needs to be experienced.
This is not the head of finance but someone who would be responsible from a reporting perspective and could business partner well with other areas of finance.

Some additional info from the client.

15 years of experience, including statutory work and leading audit work (in terms of being audited)
audit background would be a plus
preferably experience in an international company (both in terms of how such companies operate and conceptual understanding of GAAP to GAAP differences)
strong communication skills
able to work with country GM as a finance partner (from internal controls and accounting aspect)
can cope with a lot of stress
strong organisational skills, able to manage various work streams
need to also be hands on (approving journals, recs etc), the team is not big enough to warrant only team management
process mapping and design skills would be a bonus
