SUMMARY:
Are you a Senior Financial Accountant and want join a fast-paced IT business? Look no further; our client is looking for you.

POSITION INFO:
This is a brilliant opportunity were you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading month-end processes, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies
Manage balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger oversight
Oversee monthly reporting packs and variance analysis
Collaborate on audits and statutory reporting
SAP Business One / other ERP systems to manage and optimize financial processes
Supervise and support junior finance staff, offering mentorship and guidance
Contribute to process improvements and internal controls

Requirements:

Must be CA(SA) qualified
1 – 3 years post-article experience
Construction, Engineering, Telecommunications, or IT sectors (essential)
SAP Business One / other ERP systems
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
A natural team leader who enjoys supervising and developing others
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
