SUMMARY:
Are you a technically strong Senior Financial Accountant with a passion for property finance, reporting, and portfolio performance?

POSITION INFO:
Join a leading property group with a strong market presence, diverse portfolio, and growth-focused culture. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial statements for property portfolios Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple properties\/entities Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and relevant tax legislation Oversee reconciliations, journals, cashbooks, and fixed asset registers Manage VAT, income tax, and statutory reporting requirements Support audits, financial controls, and process improvement initiatives Skills & Requirements: BCom Accounting \/ Finance qualification 8+ years Financial Accounting experience within property or commercial environments Strong IFRS reporting and property accounting exposure Experience on SAP, MDA, MRI, Oracle, or similar ERP\/property systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Apply Now!
