POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements BCom degree or equivalent Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles 2+ years post-articles experience Candidates with an audit background and strong accounting exposure will also be considered High-volume transaction processing experience is essential Retail, hospitality or e-commerce experience would be advantageous Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability Key Responsibilities Manage and review high-volume financial transactions Prepare and review monthly management accounts Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account reviews Manage general ledger and journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Analyse financial information and investigate variances Maintain strong financial controls and accounting processes Assist with accounts payable and receivable oversight Reconcile high-volume transactional accounts Support accurate and timely financial reporting Work closely with operational teams to resolve financial queries Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies Key Skills & Competencies Strong technical accounting foundation Comfortable working with high volumes and tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organised and process-driven Able to work independently and within a team Commercially aware with a hands-on approach Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Apply Now!!
