POSITION INFO:
A cutting-edge fintech company at the forefront of digital financial solutions is looking for a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. Known for leveraging technology to reshape the financial landscape, this company thrives on agility, data-driven strategies, and high-impact financial planning.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and work closely with executive leadership. Your responsibilities will include financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and presenting strategic insights to support business growth. Your role will be pivotal in aligning financial strategies with performance goals in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified CA(SA)
Minimum 3 years’ post-articles experience
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Strong financial modelling and data interpretation skills
Exposure to or experience in the fintech or tech sector is advantageous
Advanced Excel and/or BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
