POSITION INFO:

A reputable concern providing fuel management solutions is looking for a Senior Financial Manager to join their finance team. The organization has operations in across the Middle East and Africa.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for providing financial management, analysis and reporting as well as preparing the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. The Senior Financial Manager will also be responsible for assisting with strategic planning and contributing to the continuous improvement of the finance business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for treasury and managing a team.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 5-7 years’ post article experience in a similar role
• Experience in the services/digital/sales/marketing industries is preferred
• Excellent understanding of tax
• Working knowledge and exposure to US GAAP
• Working knowledge of treasury
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Confident and assertive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
