SUMMARY:

Our client, a Property Development Company is recruiting a Senior Financial Manager at their Pretoria offices.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Com Accounting Degree.
5years’s post article experience.
MDA Proficiency.
Excel Proficiency.
Experience in Management of budgets and cashflow.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for full financial function.
Analysing accounts and information for trends.
Review month-end calculations and reconciliations.
Review approval for journal entries.
Annual calculations.
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
Responsible for month-end audit files.
Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
Developing long and short-term business plans.
Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets & cash flow.
Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations.
Overseeing audits of accountants and clerks.
