Senior Financial Manager

SUMMARY:

Our client, a Property Development Company is recruiting a Senior Financial Manager at their Pretoria offices.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Com Accounting Degree.
• 5years’s post article experience.
• MDA Proficiency.
• Excel Proficiency.
• Experience in Management of budgets and cashflow.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for full financial function.
• Analysing accounts and information for trends.
• Review month-end calculations and reconciliations.
• Review approval for journal entries.
• Annual calculations.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Responsible for month-end audit files.
• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
• Developing long and short-term business plans.
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets & cash flow.
• Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations.
• Overseeing audits of accountants and clerks.
