SUMMARY:
A top FMCG powerhouse is in search of a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Shared Services. The role reports directly into the CFO, the role is responsible for the development, the creation and management of the companyÃ¢Â€Â™s future shared service

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA)/CIMA/Bcom Honours
7-10 years non-negotiable experience within the shared services space
Preferably a strong background within the FMCG space
In depth knowledge of Working Capital

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The Head of Shared Service’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:

Vendor management and Accounts payable
Oversee the Working Capital’s KPI’s
Manage a large team of functional experts
Manage/review and releasing of supplier payments
Develop operational policies, processes and procedure
