Job Description:
- Develop and enhance Windows Forms UI for C# desktop applications
- Focus on usability, visual consistency, and strong user experience
- Translate user and business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Modernise and improve existing UI designs with strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Windows Forms UI for new and existing modules
- Ensure consistent look, feel, and usability across the application
- Implement and optimise UI using WinForms and Telerik controls
- Modernise legacy interfaces to improve layout, workflow, and user experience
- Identify and resolve usability issues and UI inconsistencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to translate feedback into UI improvements
- Develop custom controls and reusable UI components where needed
- Maintain clean, well-documented front-end code following UI standards
- Conduct thorough UI testing, including edge-case scenarios
- Support UI design discussions, mock-ups, documentation, and demonstrations
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience developing software with strong C# Windows Forms UI expertise
- Proven ability to design, enhance, and maintain complex desktop application interfaces
- Strong experience with WinForms architecture, Telerik controls, and custom UI components
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, Windows Services, WCF, and Entity Framework
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, object-oriented design, and clean coding practices
- Advantageous: experience with engineering software, REST APIs, WinUI, or Xamarin/.NET MAUI
