Senior Full Stack Developers to play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering secure, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful systems that directly support business performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a structured agile environment. You will contribute to architectural decisions, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior developers — all while working with modern technologies and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable full stack solutions aligned to business and architectural standards
- Deliver sprint commitments consistently, ensuring predictable and high-quality output
- Write clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code adhering to development standards
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Resolve defects identified during QA, UAT, and production with urgency and precision
- Contribute to peer reviews and provide mentorship and support to junior developers
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational objectives
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (relevant experience will be considered)
- Microsoft/Azure certifications advantageous
- Certifications in modern web frameworks or software architecture beneficial
Experience:- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in software development (full stack, backend, or frontend capacity)
- Proven experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience with CI/CD practices and automated testing
Technical Skills:- ASP.NET Core
- C#
- Entity Framework (Code-First approach)
- SQL Server
- Modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Swagger/OpenAPI
- Git
- Automated testing tools such as NUnit, xUnit, or Playwright
- Exposure to RabbitMQ or Kafka advantageous
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra and modern DevOps tools beneficial
