POSITION INFO:
Our client is an innovationâdriven technology firm seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their onâsite team in Sandton. You will design, build, and maintain enterpriseâgrade systems that support automation, analytics, and operational platforms. This role requires strong technical depth, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor other developers while remaining handsâon.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide developers across projects and technical tasks
Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
Build scalable, reliable frontâend and backâend applications
Develop and integrate APIs and system components
Optimise performance, ensure security, and handle edgeâcases
Deploy and maintain applications across multiple environments
Promote clean code and engineering best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years' software development experience
Strong experience in:
- FrontâEnd: Razor, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, UI libraries (e.g., Syncfusion and Telerik), and Tailwind
- BackâEnd: ASP.NET Core, C#, LINQ, APIs, ORMs, and SOLID principles
- Architecture: Clean Architecture, Microservices, CQRS, Eventâdriven, and Modular/Monolithic patterns
- Other: Docker, IIS, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SQL
Experience in architectural decisionâmaking
Ability to mentor team members

Additional Requirements:
