Senior Full Stack .Net Developer

POSITION INFO:

Fast-growing global fintech business, who build mission critical software and data solutions for financial institutions are looking for a bright, curios Senior Full Stack Developer to join their product team for their financial data services, which sources, processes and delivers high quality data to major financial institutions.

You will work with a team of diverse and international team of developers, UX Specialis5t, data analysts, business analysts, delivery manager and product manager – on building the key product in the fintech data space.

What you need to secure an interview:

• IT related degree
• Extensive experience and working knowledge of C#/.NET/.NET Core
• Good web API design experience
• Extensive relational database design and complex querying experience
• Experience with performance Optimisation with MS SQL Server
• Comprehensive working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.  You have also worked with a modern framework, e.g., Angular, React, Vue,
• An appreciation of web application security best practices
• Application design using OO techniques
• Comfortable with infrastructure administration
• Proficient and comfortable working with Version Control Systems, e.g. Git
• Experience writing testable code, unit tests, integration tests.

Nice to haves:

• Cloud experience, e.g., AWS
• Architectural Design Patterns – experience with more than just a web app, e.g., Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, CQRS
• Enterprise Search
• ML and Data Analysis skills
• Financial/securitization domain knowledge
• Containerization
• Experience of working with continuous integration, continuous deployment systems e.g., TeamCity, Octopus.

Reference Number for this position is KH52627 which is a permanent position based in Cape Town, Johannesburg or Remote offering a cost to company salary between R900k – R1.1m CTC PA, on experience and ability.
