• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications across multiple platforms
• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Mentor and support junior developers
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best development practices are followed
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to incorporate into solutions

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or IT-related certification
• 4+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Ability to manage and drive technical solutions with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others
• Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver
• Capable of working under pressure and delivering quality solutions
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative environments

• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid experience with C# and .NET Core
• RESTful API development and integration
• Relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
• Test Driven Development (TDD) and version control (e.g., Git)
