Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements. Translate business needs and functional requirements into technical specifications and effective digital solutions. Analyse existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation. Design, develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications. Take ownership of solutions and projects throughout the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, implementation and support. Collaborate with business, operations, UX\/UI and technical development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration. Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, security and code-quality standards. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing appropriate technologies and development practices. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation.
