Requirements:

• Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Finance Certified Implementation Specialist

OR

• Oracle E-Business Suite R12 project certified implementation Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage bank relationships, vendor relationships for Bloomberg and Reuters contracts, and initial ISDA document preparation and review.
• Manage external investment managers, investment portfolio reporting, and compliance with corporate investment policy.
• Manage Bloomberg electronic trading environment with investment banks, dealers, develop and maintain investment database and all investment/bank/treasury systems.
• Verify daily uploads of bank data to ERP system as well as generating daily journal entries of all treasury transactions.
• Calculate monthly depreciation expense per GAAP.
• Convert the in house manual system to an ADP ERP system.
• Provide financial statement variance commentary on GAAP and Non-GAAP financials for marketing relate costs.
• Establish cash management, operating lease lines, and a third-party payroll system for an acquire subsidiary.
• Automate ACH reimbursement process to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including spearheading implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
• Draft SOX documentation for FX operation; identify weaknesses and provide recommendations.
• Provide oversight of general accounting, treasury, and business analysis activities.
• Maintain responsibility for oversight of the corporate accounting function, credit and financial reporting.
• Develop procedures for company''''s affiliate transactions with company-own bank including ACH processing and accounts.
• Consolidate the company payroll process to eliminate extra pay codes which result with running additional payrolls.
• Allocate quarterly forecast of interest expense and interest income to operating units base upon historical cash balance activity.
• Review and ensure resolution of inquires relating to income collection, corporate actions, securities settlement and other customer relate transactions.
• Convert manual system of ledgers to QuickBooks.
• Determine daily cash position and report EFT activity to subsidiaries.
• Monitor vault log, mail logs, ATM deposit logs, and night drop logs.
• Handle all cash, check, and EFT payments while accurately reconciling and balancing daily.
• Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and support both internal and external audits.
• Develop new management information requirements, KPI''''s, quarterly reporting
• Assist and improve the capital expenditure ROI template to include discount payback period and direct/indirect cost-benefit components.
• Establish ROI criteria for sales promotions taking into consideration account lift, cannibalization, erosion and strategic implications.
• Manage KPI and identify gap opportunity analysis, driving improvement solutions and receiving recognition for consistent achievement.
