POSITION INFO:
We work with some of South Africa’s top-tier asset managers and boutique investment houses who are consistently seeking high-calibre Senior Fund Accountants. While there is no active role at present, we are building our talent network to match the right professionals with future opportunities as they arise.
Senior Fund Accountants play a vital role in ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting, overseeing junior fund accountants, and liaising with portfolio managers, auditors, and clients. These roles offer exposure to complex financial instruments, multiple fund types, and fast-paced investment environments.
Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting or Finance (Honours / CA(SA) / CIMA preferred)
• 4–6 years’ experience in fund accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of NAV calculations, valuations, and regulatory reporting (CISCA, IFRS, etc.)
• Experience with a variety of fund structures including hedge funds, private equity, and unit trusts
• Proficiency in systems such as Investran, eFront, HiPortfolio, or similar fund accounting platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills
• Team leadership or mentorship experience will be advantageous
