Senior Fund Manager – Cape Town

Global Investment Firm is offering this exciting opportunity to join their dynamic concern.

One would describe you has having high level technical ability (within fund administration and knowledge of various asset classes) together with the proven ability to build strong business relationships across all levels whilst possessing strong people management / leadership / mentorship / training ability which inspires and develops.

Main Purpose of the role:

Manage the overall service delivery of the allocated fund clients by supporting the relevant Executives of the South African business.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant CA (SA) or B.Comm Accounting Degree
• 7-10 Years proven fund accounting / fund administration management experience gained
• Proven knowledge of various asset classes
• Strong people management and leadership experience and the ability to inspire and develop staff members
• Experience working closely with senior management
• Ability to work in a demanding, pressurised environment to strict deadlines
• Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
• A high level of technical ability is expected
