Senior Fundraising Specialist

A global animal welfare organisation has 2 specialist roles available within their fundraising team.

• Acquisitions fundraiser – which will focus on face to face events and similar fund raising initiatives and requires experience in the acquisition of new funders
• Individual Giving Fundraiser – who will focus on regular giving donations and retention. This role will need focused experience in that.

This is a wonderful opportunity for two experienced fundraisers to join their passionate team. It is your chance to contribute to something meaningful!

Your contribution will be:

• Optimising and ensuring the good running the relevant Programmes
• Developing and implementing strategic interventions to retain donors
• Using data to develop, regularly update and report on performance against targets
• Identifying and trialing new opportunities for growth, through a digital-first approach
• Working closely with the other fundraising specialists in other areas and Digital colleagues to deliver a seamless donor experience

Requirements:

Your profile should illustrate:

• Several years relevant experience – these roles require focused experience in this space
• A proven track record in a similar role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar
• An independent and organised self-starter
• Great affinity to animal welfare and organisation’s vision and mission
