Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain game systems and real-time interactive applications Build and optimise gameplay features using industry-leading development tools and frameworks Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established development standards Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and development best practices Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability Work within existing codebases while contributing new features and enhancements Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or a related field advantageous Proven experience developing games or real-time interactive applications Strong experience working with Unity and C#, or Unreal Engine and C++ Experience working within collaborative software development teams Exposure to the complete software development lifecycle Strong programming skills in C#, C++, or related languages Experience with Unity development and scripting, or Unreal Engine and Blueprints Strong understanding of software architecture and coding best practices Experience using Git and structured source control methodologies Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and performance optimisation Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Strong organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Knowledge of graphics pipelines and optimisation principles advantageous Experience developing for mobile, VR, console, or other platforms beneficial Exposure to DirectX, OpenGL, or related technologies advantageous Experience using project management tools such as Jira beneficial Genuine passion for game development and interactive technologies Apply now!
