SUMMARY:

1. Guided Experiences
   
   • Conduct high-quality guided activities such as game drives, bush walks, or cultural tours, providing guests with engaging and informative experiences.
2. Guest Interaction
   
   • Build strong rapport with guests, answer questions with expertise, and tailor experiences to individual interests and expectations.
3. Mentorship and Support
   
   • Assist in mentoring junior or trainee guides, offering guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing to help develop their skills.
4. Safety and Compliance
   
   • Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with lodge policies and national park or conservation regulations.
5. Wildlife Knowledge and Interpretation
   
   • Demonstrate expert knowledge of local wildlife, plants, geography, and conservation practices, offering insightful commentary during excursions.
6. Vehicle and Equipment Care
   
   • Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on game drive vehicles and guiding equipment (e.g., radios, binoculars, rifles if applicable).
7. Reporting and Documentation
   
   • Maintain accurate logs of sightings, guest activities, incidents, and equipment checks; report any issues to management or the Head Guide.
