SUMMARY:
The Senior HR Administrator will be a key member of the team taking ownership of the HR Administrative Processes as well as taking responsibility for recruitment coordination.

POSITION INFO:

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Receives day to day direction/guidance from the HR Manager
  • Management and co-ordination of all HR administrative processes Be involved in special projects when needed.
  • Provide confidential advice to HR Adminitrative Matters
  • Administrations and Coordinations of 3rd party HR partners
  • Assisting with annual pay review process
  • Co-ordination of recruitment function: 
    • Review applications/resumes 
    • Evaluate applicant skills and recommendations regarding applicant’s job fit
    • Prepare and maintain job documentation and job evaluations 
    • Be involved in the on-boarding and settling-in of new employees
    • Conduct exit interviews
  • Respond to enquiries from employees, management & applicants as appropriate
  • Management and co-ordination of all HR administrative processes
  • Be involved in special projects when needed.
  • Provide confidential advice to HR Adminitrative Matters
  • Administration and Coordination of 3rd party HR partners
  • Other HR related duties as assigned

Areas of Responsibility:

Essential Criteria:

  • Proficient user of MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & Power Point
  • Proficient user of Sage Payroll
  • Previous experience in human resources environment
  • Full understanding recruitment process end to end
  • Relevant HR Qualification or 3 years or more HR experience

Desirable Criteria:

  • Understanding and Implementation of Company Policies and Procedures
  • Experience in using multiple platforms for attracting scares skills / exceptional talent 2
