Senior HR Manager

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the FMCG sector, situated in Tulbagh, is looking or a senior HR Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

   • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
   • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
   • Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.

2. Employee Relations:

   • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
   • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
   • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

3. Performance Management:

   • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
   • Provide guidance and support to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
   • Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement.

4. Training and Development:

   • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
   • Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online learning opportunities.
   • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

   • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
   • Conduct benchmarking and market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits.
   • Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.

6. Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
   • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
   • Prepare and file reports required by regulatory agencies.

7. Culture and Engagement:

   • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
   • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
   • Organize company events, activities, and initiatives to foster a sense of community and teamwork.

Non-negotiable requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 20 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
• FMCG sector experience is non-negotiable 

Area: Tulbagh 

Salary: R60 000-R80 000 CTC per month 

Start date: ASAP
