Senior HR Manager: OE & Shared Services

Post graduate degree in Organizational or Industrial Psychology is essential.
10+ years relevant experience in the field of organisation development and effectiveness is essential.
10+ years leading and managing a team of managers and specialists in the HR field is essential.
5+ years experience in a mining environment is essential.
Knowledge of OE and leadership models, sourcing, recruitment, talent strategy and psychometric assessment principles and best practices.
Strategic and creative problem solving skills.
Ability to develop and implement Talent and EE strategy.
To lead and direct the HR Centre of Excellence in support of business objectives.
To develop and execute the culture strategies that position us favourably within the mining industry.
To lead and direct the company's Transformation and Equity initiatives, strategy and legislative processes.
To strategise and oversee the implementation of OD processes to ensure that organizational structures support the achivement of strategic/change objectives.
To effectively use diagnostics tools and monitor business results to determine the success of interventions and to design new interventions as deemed necessary.
To develop and apply a structural methodology and lead change management activities.
