Our client in Centutution is looking for a Senior HR Officer with 5 years HR generalist experience.

POSITION INFO:

Non-negotiable Requirements:

Grade 12 and HR certificate/Diploma or Degree
5 years HR generalist experience
Extensive knowledge of Labour Relations Act
Extensive knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
Knowledge of EE Act
Knowledge of HIV legislation
Knowledge of payroll/HR systems

Key Responsibilities:

Perform HR administrative tasks to ensure effective processes and record keeping.
Perform IR related tasks to ensure IR processes are correctly applied.
Perform recruitment, selection, and placement tasks to ensure the correct placement of staff.
Compile reports to provide feedback to management
