Senior HVAC Design Engineer

SUMMARY:
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Services Engineer to join an up and coming company. In this position you will use your HVAC design experience to develop innovative mechanical systems for commercial buildings.

POSITION INFO:

Managing HVAC projects in South Africa and Africa

HVAC design and implementation for Commercial Buildings

Responsible for running HVAC department and signing off on drawings

Handling Bills of Materials

Responsible for Site Inspections and Managing contractors

Report Writing

Skills & Experience:

Experience working in Commercial building services design and commissioning on projects

Fire design experience is Advantageous

Ability to work well independently

Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience

Qualification:

BSc/BEng/BTech/ Mechanical Engineering

Must be professionally registered (PR.Eng/PR.Tech)

Valid drivers’ license and own transport

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
