SUMMARY:
An established engineering services company is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician with strong experience in industrial refrigeration and chiller systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with proven technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintenance support.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding on industrial refrigeration systems and chillers.
Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and performance testing to ensure optimal system efficiency.
Install, commission, and service HVAC and refrigeration equipment across client sites.
Supervise junior technicians and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide technical reports, feedback, and recommendations for system improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

Recognised Trade Qualification in Industrial Refrigeration (essential).
Minimum 8 years’ experience working with chillers and industrial HVAC systems.
Strong technical knowledge of compressors, control systems, and refrigerants.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
