POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Coiffeur (Stylist / Hairdresser) for our Vredenburg based client. You need to be creative and passionate and experienced with colouring, highlighting, blowouts, latest styles and trends and more will secure. This is a brand new position so come make it your own.
Requirements:
- Certified hairdresser
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proven experience with colouring, highlighting, balayage and Brazilian blowouts
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and cope in a fast-moving environment
- Creative
- Keep up-to-date with changes in the industry
- Able to work flexible hours (including evenings and week-ends)
Duties:
- Consult with clients in order to understand and fulfil the client’s needs
- Provide expert advice to clients
- Perform services such as highlights, colour treatments, balayage, Brazilian blowouts, and more
- Create personalised hair designs that enhance client’s natural features
- Maintain a clean, organised and sanitised work area at all times
- Mentor junior stylists
- Partake in ongoing training and development programs
