Senior Handyman: Maintenance

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Senior Handyman as part of our Maintenance team.

The ideal candidate must be energetic and work well in a team.
A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Provide overall maintenance;
• To provide both preventive and repair maintenance;
• Minor carpentry and plumbing projects;
• Configuring and moving furniture;
• Replacing lightbulbs & painting;
• Assist the maintenance team as needed;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Adverse working conditions:      

• Must be prepared to work weekends & Public holidays,
• Must be prepared to work shifts.
