Senior Hardware Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to take a key role in the development of next-generation electronic platforms.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of complex electronic hardware systems. This is a hands-on role that combines circuit design expertise with leadership in technical decision-making, mentoring Junior Engineers, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of electronic circuits, including analog, digital, and power electronics
• Produce detailed schematics, PCB layouts (or support Layout Engineers), and bills of materials
• Perform simulations, design reviews, and circuit verification testing
• Ensure compliance with EMC, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., CE, FCC, and MIL-STD)
• Drive prototype builds, fault-finding, and hardware debugging
• Collaborate closely with firmware, systems, and mechanical teams
• Mentor Junior Engineers and review their designs for quality and best practices
• Support product development from concept to production and in-service life

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in electronic hardware design and development
• Strong understanding of microcontrollers, FPGAs, signal integrity, and power supply design
• Experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, and Mentor Graphics)
• Familiarity with EMC mitigation techniques and environmental standards
• Skilled at debugging, lab testing, and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
