Senior Hardware Engineer

SUMMARY:
A leader in the industry is seeking an experience Hardware Engineer to design and develop test jog hardware, where your key focus will be on Digital, Analog and RF functionality. If you have a passion for product development and enjoy working part of a team, then this opportunity is for you.

POSITION INFO:

Working as part of a team to plan, specify, design and develop test jigs

Responsible for developing test jig hardware to test and verify products

You will also be responsible for developing Firmware to test and verify products

Responsible for standardization of test infrastructure for products

Digital and Analog electronics design

Electronic schematic design

Skills & Experience:

Must have knowledge of good development processes

Experience of Automated product testing and verification equipment is advantageous

Background in aeronautical, aerospace is advantageous

Must be self-driven and able to work independently and part of a team

Must have good report writing skills

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Altium, PCAD or Allegro electronic design tool knowledge

Experience with circuit emulators like SPICE

Firmware development experience

PCB layout tools

Programming knowledge and experience on C/C++

RF knowledge is advantageous

Must be familiar with DSP

Minimum 7 – 10 years’ experience

Qualification:

BEng/BSc/BTech Electrical and Electronic Engineering

MSc/MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering is adv.
