Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex endpoint, identity, VPN/ZTNA, routing, and cloud-service issues.
- Lead automation initiatives using Intune, PowerShell, Autopilot, and workflow automation.
- Maintain and enhance secure access controls via Entra ID, Conditional Access, and M365 security policies.
- Support hybrid network troubleshooting, including Azure hubâandâspoke and FortiGate VPN/ZTNA.
- Handle escalated security incidents such as account compromise, MFA issues, and mail quarantine cases.
- Provide clear technical direction under pressure during major incidents or outages.
- Improve processes, runbooks, and automation to boost L1 efficiency and reduce resolution time.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- 5+ years in IT operations/support, including 2–3 years handling seniorâlevel escalations.
- Strong Azure and Entra ID skills, including hybrid identity, RBAC, and Conditional Access.
- Solid endpoint management experience with Intune and Autopilot across Windows and macOS.
- Handsâon troubleshooting with FortiGate VPN/ZTNA, routing, DNS, WiâFi, and VLANs.
- Proficient in PowerShell automation, able to multitask under pressure, with M365 E5 knowledge as a plus.
