POSITION INFO:
Our client has an opportunity available for an experienced Senior IT Administrator to manage and support IT services across multiple operational sites. This role is suited to a hands-on IT professional who combines strong technical ability with excellent communication skills and a service-driven approach.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted IT support partner within the organisation, providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring systems run efficiently across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end IT support across multiple sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user issues
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments and licensing
- Provide desktop and infrastructure support to users across the organisation
- Liaise with and manage third-party service providers, including IT vendors and service partners
- Assist in identifying IT risks, improvements, and system requirements
- Maintain reliable and efficient IT systems and network environments
- Provide on-site support where required across operational locations
- Minimum Requirements
- Relevant IT qualification or diploma
- Proven experience in IT support or IT administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and senior stakeholders
- Valid driver’s licence
