JOB SUMMARY:
Senior IT Support Technician - Montague Gardens – R25,000 – R30,000 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior IT Support Technician - Montague Gardens – R25,000 – R30,000 per month

Manufacturer requires the above to be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all IT issues, hardware and software.

Duties:

Resolve desktop issues
Install and configure software and hardware on PC’s and laptops
Ensure systems are backed up
Document all tasks
First line support
Develop and maintain the management reporting application
Strong understanding of Server software, Active Directory on MS Server, TCP/IP, IT infrastructures

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
3 years’ experience in a similar role & IT related degree/diploma
MS Office (excellent)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript; Frontend
Programming in VB/VB.NET
WordPress development would be an advantage
Some graphics experience is required
