Senior IT Technician (SQL & Power BI) – Langebaan (Office Based)

Salary: R50,000 – R70,000 per month (depending on experience)
Industry: Security (UK-based client support)

A leading UK-based security company is expanding its South African operations and seeking a Senior IT Technician to manage and enhance their IT infrastructure from their Langebaan office.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Licensing, Exchange, etc.).
• Develop SQL scripts and Power BI reports.
• Support system process improvement and implementation.
• Analyse data to support strategic business decisions.
• Provide first-line IT support and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with UK-based senior management and technical teams.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI report building.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service/Sales/Customer Service) highly beneficial.
• Logical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
