Salary: R50,000 – R70,000 per month (depending on experience)

A leading UK-based security company is expanding its South African operations and seeking a
Senior IT Technician to manage and enhance their IT infrastructure from their
Langebaan office.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Licensing, Exchange, etc.).
- Develop SQL scripts and Power BI reports.
- Support system process improvement and implementation.
- Analyse data to support strategic business decisions.
- Provide first-line IT support and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with UK-based senior management and technical teams.
Requirements:- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI report building.
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service/Sales/Customer Service) highly beneficial.
- Logical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
