Senior Inbound Consultant (pref German speaking) - R25k pm depending on experience - DBN based (or Remote possibility)

SUMMARY:
Experienced Inbound Travel Consultant needed

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Inbound Travel Consultant to join their team.

Key KPIs:
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing wholesaler customers in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany & Scandinavia (more focus on Germany)
Closing new business opportunities
The role would involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing and delivering solutions that meet those inbound needs.
Great understanding and knowledge of destinations & products: South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, and Mozambique

Other KPIs:
Negotiating supplier rates
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics.
Important that the candidate should have inbound industry knowledge.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team.

Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualifications (advantageous)
Tourplan knowledge and experience (advantageous)
Efficient in Word, Ex el, Powerpoint, Zoom, and Teams
Papertrail System (advantageous)
Excellent contactable references
