Senior Infrastructure Architect

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, governance, and transformation of enterprise infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure architectures that support the organisation's strategic objectives while ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.
This role requires an accomplished infrastructure architect with extensive experience in enterprise ICT environments, cloud technologies, networking, datacentre architecture, and large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes.

• Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable)
• Location: Centurion, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Experience Minimum 20 years' experience in Enterprise ICT Infrastructure, including networking, hosting, storage, and security. Minimum 10 years' experience in Infrastructure Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles. Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes. Extensive experience working within complex enterprise environments. Experience with formal System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure governance and architecture frameworks. Experience managing Oracle products, licensing, renewals, contracts, and support services. Experience ensuring high availability of critical business systems while meeting internal and external SLAs.
