SUMMARY:
My client needs a seasoned Senior Java Developer with a track record of delivering high-impact results under pressure. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves designing, developing, and maintaining critical Java applications and microservices. You'll lead key projects and mentor operatives, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and efficiency.

POSITION INFO:

Mission Brief:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent covert experience)
5+ years of experience in high-stakes Java development
Mastery of Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
Proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior developers
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices
Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a team environment

Preferred Enhancements:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for advanced operations
Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, React) for full-spectrum expertise
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for strategic deployment
