The Tech Stack You’ll Flex:
Languages: Java (if you dream in Spring Boot, we're talking to you), Go (bonus points), Vuejs (for fun)
Architecture: REST & GraphQL APIs, Microservices, Event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ? Yes please.)
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis (bring on the ACID or eventual consistency debates)
DevOps Friendly: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform (you deploy with style)
Cloud Stuff: AWS, GCP, or Azure (whatever makes your backend fly) If you’ve led teams, shipped scalable systems, or wrestled legacy code into submission—we want to hear your stories
You Bring:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or that one obscure field that still taught you clean code
Minimum 5+ years of building and scaling backend systems in production
Java mastery (not just copy-pasting from Stack Overflow… although let’s be honest, we’ve all been there)
A sharp eye for architecture and a healthy fear of spaghetti code
Leadership chops (team lead experience or just the ability to mentor juniors without crying)
A love for solving real-world problems with elegant backend solutions
