Senior Java Developer

Our client is looking for an experienced Java expert who thrives on solving complex challenges and building high-performance systems.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-availability backend systems
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using modern Java technologies
• Drive technical decisions, mentor intermediate/junior developers, and elevate coding standards
• Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, QA, and Architecture teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Perform code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and contribute to architectural roadmaps
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems
• Contribute to system optimization, performance tuning, and long-term platform strategy
• Champion continuous improvement, automation, and modern engineering practices

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java (8/11/17)
• Strong expertise in Spring/Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and enterprise application development
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grasp of design patterns, clean architecture, and software engineering best practices
• Experience with performance tuning, distributed systems, and secure coding practices
• Ability to lead discussions, influence architectural decisions, and guide technical delivery
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
