POSITION INFO:
Join a company that delivers premium racking and shelving solutions to big-name retailers, and be the strategic bridge between clients' needs and project execution. You’ll manage multiple key retail accounts, guide projects from start to finish, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

This is not just sales – it’s strategic relationship management, problem-solving, and solution building with a technical edge.

ð Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Proven experience in a key account management or senior sales role
Background in racking, shelving, shopfitting, or retail fixtures is a big advantage
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Must be comfortable with project-based sales cycles, site involvement, and after-sales support
Strong multitasking and communication abilities – this role requires juggling multiple large clients at once

ð§ Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 5–8 years in account management, preferably servicing large national retail clients
Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle: needs analysis, quoting, project liaison, and post-installation support
Skilled at building long-term relationships and spotting upselling opportunities
Highly organised, with experience in navigating complex installations and coordination with internal teams
Comfortable in both boardroom presentations and onsite visits
Confident, professional, and proactive – the type of person clients trust to deliver
