SUMMARY:
Legal firm requires the services of a Senior Litigation Secretary to assist in the litigation department of a senior litigant.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
• Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a litigation secretary in a general practice.
• Proficient computer skills and thorough knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
• Familiar with Magistrate and High Court procedures.
• Professional manner on the phone and with clients at all times.
• Excellent organisational skills and must be able to work independently.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Candidate should start as soon as possible.
