SUMMARY:
Legal firm requires the services of a Senior Litigation Secretary to assist in the litigation department of a senior litigant.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric (Grade 12).
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a litigation secretary in a general practice.
Proficient computer skills and thorough knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
Familiar with Magistrate and High Court procedures.
Professional manner on the phone and with clients at all times.
Excellent organisational skills and must be able to work independently.
Willing to work under pressure.
Candidate should start as soon as possible.
