SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful incumbent will have a Millwright Trade and at least 5 years' management experience. Forging background would be ideal.

POSITION INFO:

Millwright Trade essential
Must have at least 5 years'' management experience
Ideally from a forging background

Only working 1 shift but will always be on standby (no standby allowance as this is included in the basic salary)
Reporting directly to Plant Manager
Must be able to communicate in Afrikaans to manage staff. Managing an Electrician, Boilermaker, Fitter and Turner as well as the Maintenance crew and factory cleaner
The Plant is split into 50% forging for automotive and 50% forging for mining industry
