JOB SUMMARY:
To provide strategic financial planning process for the company including participation in strategy formulation, preparing in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, monitoring and evaluating performance against strategic objectives, and reporting to the relevant committees

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare and coordinate the five-year Financial Plan in support of the Corporate Plan for the company;
Prepare and coordinate the Operational Budgeting and engage business to ensure bottom up approach for each budget year;
Maintain Financial Models for Financial Planning models in line with changes in Accounting Standards and Tax Laws;
Provide accurate and timely financial service including setting and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, management and financial accounts to inform decision making;
Prepare and ensure regulatory requirements are adhered to i.e. national treasury reporting;
Create relationships with internal and external clients;
Optimise service delivery in a manner that address client’s needs;
Build a network of relationships, across functions, to achieve goals and objectives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

BCom Honours or CIMA
CA (SA) an additional advantage The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in field of discipline
Proven Management Experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint at an advance level
Background in data science is an added advantage
Practical knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
