A well-established business based in Bela Bela is looking to appoint a Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, operational finance support, budgeting, forecasting and process optimisation across the business.

This opportunity offers exposure to a dynamic operational environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement, advanced Excel reporting and future AI integration within finance processes. The environment requires an analytical, hands-on and commercially minded finance professional who can support strategic decision-making while remaining operationally involved within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Management accounting and monthly reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Commercial and operational finance support
- Financial analysis and profitability reporting
- Process improvement and reporting optimisation
- Assisting with automation and AI-driven finance initiatives
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- CA(SA) or fully qualified CIMA
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years post-articles / post-qualification experience
- Engineering or operational industry exposure preferred
- Strong management accounting and commercial finance experience

Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel skills essential
- Strong analytical and reporting ability
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Exposure to automation and process optimisation advantageous
