POSITION INFO:
Are you a seasoned consulting professional ready to lead transformative work across industries? We are seeking a strategic leader with a strong background in management consulting to spearhead high-impact projects and guide a high-performing team of consultants and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants and analysts (15–20 people)
Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across sectors such as financial services, retail, and technology
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
Design tailored business solutions that address complex challenges and drive measurable impact
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (strategy, marketing, analytics, operations) to enhance value delivery
Produce actionable insights using data and market intelligence
Contribute to internal capability development through toolkits, frameworks, and best practices

Required Experience & Qualifications

15+ years’ experience in management consulting or strategic transformation roles
5+ years in a leadership or people management capacity
Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or a high-performing corporate strategy team
Strong commercial understanding, including financial modelling, P&L analysis, and performance improvement
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Familiarity with digital transformation, data analytics, and customer strategy is beneficial
