A reputable concern in the audit and assurance space is looking for a Senior Manager to join their FSG division.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting and monitoring the financial performance of engagements, focusing on optimizing profitability as well as supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior staff. The successful candidate will also be responsible for actively driving the planning of the audit and forging and maintaining strong internal and external networks within the industry. The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating with clients and subject matter experts on technical matters relevant to Financial Services clients.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 6 years post article experience
Experience in the financial services and insurance industries is preferred
Working knowledge of IFRS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
